Bonding Over Bocce!

On July 9th, the Graduate Business Programs team attended a staff retreat to conduct academic planning followed by an afternoon of bonding over lunch and bocce! We hope students are excited for the upcoming events.

Summer Internship Spotlight

This summer, Sankalp Thakur received an internship offer at NFP Corporation as a Data Analyst. To identify project solutions, Sankalp has researched people analytics through white papers and Coursera courses, and has even consulted with his professors to uncover how to best approach a solution. He thoroughly enjoys being in the driver seat of projects and has learned so much about the insurance industry, one of the highest revenue generating industries.

July 10th: Fall 2019 Welcome Recepition

We welcomed our Evening and Executive MBA admitted students! We had a wonderful reception with admitted and current students, alumni and graduate business programs staff! We are so excited to see these students begin their journey at SCU in the Fall! 

July 17th: Mock Interview Sessions

July 27th: Professional Development Event, Design Thinking in Action: Boosting Creativity and Innovation 
Both current and newly admitted GBP students joined speaker Pierre Khawand to put Design Thinking into ACTION at our July 27th professional development seminar.  Teams of students collaborated to address real-world business challenges by applying design thinking principles.
