That is why he and his team leverage data about customer interests and preferences to deliver a tailored experience to the Facebook visitor. 

Rudin and his team don't regularly look at data from Facebook's 1.49 billion (with a "B") monthly users, but his unit has refined analysis so its manageable and useful to decision-makers.
