Teddy van der Velden is a Finance major and Management Information Systems (MIS) minor from Mercer Island, WA (just outside Seattle). Off campus, he is a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity where he is the Finance Chair, manages their investment portfolio, and assists in budgeting. Over the last two years Teddy has been working for UBS Financial Services on a team that focuses on 401(k) advising in addition to individual investing/advising. He also had the opportunity to work with a similar team at Morgan Stanley this past Summer. This is his second year with the peer advising program and looks forward to participating further through being a member of this years Executive Board. Teddy loves spending time outside in the sun, playing basketball, and assisting his advisees in any way they may need!
