Internship description: Interns will work with AHA Bolivia’s founder on various tasks relating to improving the production, communication, and economic status of AHA Bolivia as a manufacturing company. Past interns have redesigned the company website, organized office space and inventory of fashion products, and analyzed the costs and design strategies of company’s products in order to reach different target audiences. Interns will work with the company founder directly and gain hands on experience working with a small, ethical fair trade company. Specific projects are automation of accounting operations, creating a year long social media calendar with content for auto-posting across social channels.
Required skills: Cross-cultural competency, public speaking skills, communication skills, business analytical skills, organizational skills, media skills, and have a strong ability to work as a team. Fellows also need to be highly flexible, open minded, and energetic.
