Internship description: At Mercado Global, Global Fellows work with the fundraising staff, marketing team and community outreach. This could include working directly with the donations team in pitching, reaching out to donors, working on the annual report, or even with the marketing team in the New York office to create social media content and strategies. Past fellows have also gone into the field to take photos and videos, managed social media, and coordinated event planning.
Required skills: Prior background in marketing, independent research, experience with social media, communication skills, open-mindedness, flexibility . If interested in community outreach, Spanish is required.
