Professional Development Program

The goal of the Professional Development Program is to provide all undergraduate business majors with a foundation of career exploration, search, development and readiness skills to complement the rigorous education of the Leavey School of Business.

Understanding professional development milestones and honing relevant skills and experiences is a lifelong practice that begins when you start with the Leavey School of Business.

As a Leavey School of Business student, you'll have a special advantage in the workplace as our graduates are known for their ability to make an immediate contribution to any organization they join.

You'll explore roles and careers through your major's department, industry panels featuring LSB alumni, and the Career Center's assessment tools.

You'll be prepared for a satisfying and successful job search through workshops, mentoring opportunities, and internship options.

You'll be ready to lead through your work with student organizations inside the Business School and across campus.
