Marketing Your Event

There are a number of steps business student associations can take to promote events to students in the Leavey School of Business. Please review the steps below to get started.

1. Submit a digital sign to run on the monitors throughout Lucas Hall.

You will find the requirements for digital signs at the button below. Please be aware that signs will be displayed for a maximum of 2 weeks and must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure enough time for staff to get the sign uploaded to the system.

2. Request your event be listed on the Undergraduate Business events calendar or featured in the Leavey Business Bulletin.

The Undergraduate Business Programs office provides a number of vehicles through which you can promote your event to fellow students. Please fill out the form at the button below to request promotion for your event.

3. Request your event be featured in the Leavey School of Business social media.

Please email the assistant director of marketing and communication Ayzia Vizcocho (avizcocho@scu.edu) with your event information and a visual aid.
