Section 1.5 Enforcement

(1.5.1) University traffic and parking regulations are enforceable through citation and/or towing in accordance with the penalty schedule published and enforced at the time of the violation.

(1.5.2) The Transportation Services Director under the direction of The Director of Campus Safety Services is responsible for administering the enforcement of all University traffic and parking regulations, the issuance of all permits, and the allocation of all parking spaces.

(1.5.3) Certain spaces marked “Reserved” or Tow-Away” are subject to vehicle removal at the owner’s expense, and are marked 24 hour per day.
