Section 18.4 Enforcement

(18.4.1)  Campus Safety Services is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure campus and will enforce the Pedestrian Safety and Transportation Regulations outlined above.  

(18.4.2)  Students or employees violating these regulations are subject to disciplinary action by the appropriate university office or official.

(18.4.3)  Any other person violating these regulations may be cited for criminal trespass.
