Nick Sars has research interests in free will and moral responsibility, particularly questions about responsibility that arise at the intersection of moral, political, and legal philosophy. His teaching interests include any and all areas of ethics and applied ethics. His recent work has appeared in European Journal of Philosophy, Pacific Philosophical Quarterly, History of Philosophy Quarterly, and Ethics & Information Technology, and his current research involves applying his work on responsibility to practical domains such as Technology Ethics, Business Ethics, and Environmental Ethics.
