Quarterly Adjunct Lecturer
Heidi is a Registered Dietitian and brings her experience in public health as well as her passion for international development to SCU. Over the years, Heidi has worked with most of the local Public Health Departments in the South Bay. She has work with a number of domestic and international non-profits around the world, with a focus on African organizations and communities. Her primary focus is supporting organizations as they improve access and quality of healthcare to at-risk communities.
