Sheila Yuter- Profile
Quarterly Adjunct Lecturer
My area of scholarship is in applying complexity theory to better understand how organizations work, and the influence informal groups have on formal hierarchies of power and authority. In addition to my academic work, I have, and continue to hold, senior management positions in a wide variety of health and hospital systems where my work involves leading teams in strategic decision making in the context of state and federal health policy. I am engaged in implementing programs that address the intersection of the organizations and systems that deliver health care and their relationship to community health.
