Pam Vavra is a practicing attorney with an extensive background in engineering and computer science. Her work as a software engineer in applied research for NASA and Departments of Defense and Energy focused on real-time digital image processing and artificial intelligence. In other experience, Pam founded and directed several non-profit organizations and managed political campaigns at local and state levels. In 2016, Pam served as Interim Managing Director of the High Tech Law Institute. And, in 2018, Pam started the SCU’s Entrepreneurs' Legal Advising Clinics providing legal services to small businesses and entrepreneurs using law students and volunteer attorney mentors, which she ran for three years. Pam joined Ciocca Center in 2019 to help start the Bronco Ventures Accelerator for which she continues to design and help deliver new content each year while also managing its operations and mentor/advisor program.

As an attorney, Pam created and built a successful private practice providing fractional general counsel services to high-tech startups before joining local boutique law firm, Perspectives Law Group. Pam also serves on the Board of Silicon Valley SCORE, a non-profit organization that provides free and low-cost business classes as well as free business counseling and mentoring services to small business owners by experienced entrepreneurs and executives.

Pam graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a double B.S. degree in math and psychology and also holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
