Friday - Liturgy, Graduate Ceremony
Disabled persons (DP) may park in any blue marked disability space located throughout campus. The Main Parking Structure and Leavey Lot are the closest parking lots to Stevens Stadium. Display the DP placard or DP license plate at all times when parking in these spaces.
Saturday - Undergraduate Ceremony, Graduation Picnic
The Main Parking Structure is dedicated to DP parking. The structure is approximately 200 feet away from the North Gate of Stevens Stadium. Enter through Accolti Way off El Camino Real. Display the DP placard or DP license plate at all times when parking in the Main Parking Structure. Please do not use the Main Parking Structure for drop-off. Learn more about Saturday parking.
Golf cart transportation is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for guests needing mobility assistance. Golf carts are marked with blue flags. Service starts at 3:15 p.m. on June 14th and at 7:00 a.m. on June 15th. Look for signs posted inside the North Gate of Stevens Stadium for post-ceremony service.
This is a limited service and we ask that individuals not requiring extra assistance please respect the needs of those that do. Transportation is limited to one companion rider per guest requiring accommodations. Pre-arranged pick-ups are not available due to crowd size.
The University does not carry wheelchairs or other mobility devices. If in need of rentals, please contact a local supplier to make arrangements:

The first-come, first-serve special needs tent is located at the north end of the field. Shaded seating, display monitors with closed captioning, and extended aisles/rows are provided in the tent. Tickets are not required to sit in the tent on June 14th. All DP seating areas are limited to one companion per guest requiring accommodations.

- LIVE STREAM A live, close-captioned webcast streams the Commencement exercises on the Commencement home page on the day of event.
- CLOSE CAPTIONING Jumbotrons display the ceremonies with closed captioning from both sides of the main stage during all ceremonies.
- ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES Contact the Commencement Office in advance to request a device.
- COOLING CENTER Locatelli Center serves as a cooling center during Undergraduate Commencement. Live streaming, restrooms, and water stations are available. Ceremony tickets are required for entry. Enter through the South Gate. Drop-off at Leavey Lot for guests without a DP placard or DP license plate. Post-ceremony shuttle service from this location to the Grad Picnic disability entrance is not available. See shuttle information.
