Santa Clara University is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all those attending Commencement Weekend. Heightened security demands all bags be subject to search upon entry into Bellomy Field, Locatelli Center, and Stevens Stadium. By entering these venues, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you may have. This policy applies to the Commencement Liturgy, Graduate Commencement, Undergraduate Commencement, and Graduation Picnic.
No outside food or beverage is allowed. Hydration stations are available in Stevens Stadium. We encourage guests to bring one (1) empty water bottle no larger than one (1)-liter. Personal bottles must be empty upon entering each facility. Graduates will have a sealed bottled water under their seats. Concessions will sell food and beverage on Saturday.
Bag check lockers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for any bags or items not approved to bring inside Stevens Stadium or Bellomy Field. Any item deemed illegal and/or a safety threat will be confiscated. The north lockers are located outside the entrance to the Main Parking Structure. The south lockers are located between Locatelli Center and the Leavey Parking Lot. On Friday, June 14th, only the north station is open 3:30 - 9:30 p.m. On Saturday, June 15th, both locations are open 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Remaining possessions left at closing will be confiscated.
