    Peggie Robinson, R.N., B.C.

    Clinic Manager

    Peggie Robinson is a licensed registered nurse. She received her nursing degree (B.S.N.) from San Jose State University. She also is board certified in College Health Nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to her employment with Cowell, she worked at local hospitals. Peggie enjoys working in the academic setting and assisting our students as they manage their health issues.

  • Graciela Lopez, M.D.

    Born in San Jose, raised in Gilroy, graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in Biology.  Attended medical school at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and completed my family medicine residency training in Fresno, CA. She has spent the last 11 years working in Gilroy and is excited to be back at SCU as the Campus Physician.  She enjoys reading, walking, yoga, and traveling.

    Pat McBride, P.A.-C.

    Physician Assistant

    Pat McBride is a California licensed and Nationally Certified Physician Assistant. She received her B.S. degree from the University of Iowa and completed her Physician Assistant Program through the University of Iowa Medical School. She is a very broadly experienced in all aspects of Family Medicine and exercises much patience and compassion when working with college students.

    Anne Bradford, N.P.

    Anne Bradford is a board certified nurse practitioner and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She received her B.S. in nursing from San Diego State University and her M.S. in nursing from the University of California at San Francisco. Ms. Bradford has a broad base of clinical experience including emergency room/urgent care, internal medicine, and endocrinology. She likes helping college students learn how to stay healthy through diet, fitness and stress reduction.

    Dr. Lisa Lommel is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in women's health. She received her B.S. in nursing from the University of San Francisco and her M.S.N and Ph.D. from the University of California, San Francisco. She also received a M.P.H. in public health from the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Lommel is passionate about empowering young adults about their health through evidence-based information. She regularly speaks on campus on topics including sexual and travel health. She conducts research examining prevalence of sexually transmitted infections at SCU, cervical cancer in Andean women, and health outcomes in migrant women in China. Dr. Lommel is also a clinical professor at the University of California, San Francisco School of Nursing.

    Marge Johanson, R.N.

    Marge Johanson graduated with a RN diploma from Hurley Medical Center School of Nursing in Flint, Michigan. Her nursing background includes Labor and Delivery in Michigan and Texas, and American Red Cross Blood Services in California. Her interests include preventive care and teaching patients self-care management so they can return to class safely and quickly. Marge has been at Cowell since 2012.

    Linda Lam

    Linda Lam has been a Medical Assistant since 1993 and received her Medical Assistant degree from Bryman College. Prior to her employment with Cowell, she worked at San Jose Medical Group and private practices. She has been with Cowell for 15 years and enjoys working with young adults and helping them keep healthy.

    Mary Mahoney, R.D.

    Mary Mahoney is a registered dietitian who lives and works by the motto “Take good care of your body; you can never trade it for a newer model.” Mary graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from California State University, Sacramento. She completed her Dietetic Internship through Fresno State University.

    Mary blends psychology and nutrition in her role as registered dietitian to help others achieve a healthy lifestyle through improved eating habits and increased physical activity.  Mary provides customized nutrition counseling, diet feedback, workshops, and seminars as the nutritionist for Santa Clara University as well as for Silicon Valley high tech businesses and first-rate gyms.  Mary loves working with young adults and is the former dietitian for Evergreen Valley College and Foothill College.  Her areas of interest include young adult nutrition, weight loss, wellness, eating disorders, fitness, and cardiovascular disease.  Mary’s favorite foods include dark chocolate (for the healthy heart benefits, of course!), nuts, and tofu.  Visit Mary at marymahoneyrd.com to enjoy her monthly newsletter, Nutrition Nibbles.
