Decorative Arts

Many of the ceramic, glass, porcelain, and furniture objects in the decorative arts collection came from the E.V. D'Berger Memorial Collection, donated to the de Saisset Museum in the 1950s and 1960s. Highlights include porcelain vessel and sculptural figures manufactured by companies such as Sèvres, Meissen, Royal Vienna, and Villeroy & Boch. The Museum also holds furnishings from Mission Santa Clara and the early Santa Clara College along with silver and jewelry from the de Saisset family collection.
