  •  Spring Quarter reminders

    From the University Registrar to all undergraduate students enrolled in the Spring Quarter:

     

    I am writing to wish you well this spring quarter.  As you know, yesterday, April 9, 2007, was the last day to add classes.  Would you please check your eCampus account to be sure that your schedule is correct.  As a reminder to you, University policy also is clear that [1] students may not sit in a class without formally enrolling in the class in accordance with the regulations, procedures, and dates in the Schedule of Classes and [2] students are personally responsible for knowing all the academic regulations and academic calendar dates affecting their program of study and for completing all degree requirements as set forth by the University, their college or school, and academic department.

     

     

     

  •  Employees: eAdvice available

    As a reminder to faculty and staff, the electronic pay advice for the pay period ending on 3/31/07 is currently available through ecampus.

     

    For employees without access to a computer, a kiosk with a computer and printer has been installed in the Department of Human Resources to use for this purpose.

     

    Users having difficulty logging into ecampus should send a message to ecampus@scu.edu or contact the IT Service Center at x5700.  Please provide your name, Employee ID, and email address.

     

    If you have questions about your pay advice, please contact the HRService Desk at (408) 554-4392.

    The Spring Quarter begins on Monday, April 2 for undergraduate and graduate students.

  •  Issues logging into ecampus?

    If you are having problems using ecampus, it may help to delete your temporary internet files and restore your browser's default settings.  Instructions on how to do this and other tips are available here.

    For new undergraduate admits, your ecampus User ID was provided in your letter of acceptance.  If you no longer have the letter, please contact Undergraduate Admissions at 408-554-4700.

    If you do not know or cannot remember your ecampus password, please use the Forgot Your Password function. 

  •  Faculty: Grades Due on Wednesday, March 28

    Monday, Mar. 26, 2007

    Faculty are required to submit Winter Quarter final grades by Wednesday, March 28.

  •  ecampus downtime this weekend

    Wednesday, Mar. 21, 2007

    ecampus will be unavailable from this Friday evening at 9pm, March 23 until Saturday evening, March 24 around 9pm for scheduled maintenance.

  •  Payment deadline on March 21

    Tuesday, Mar. 20, 2007

    Undergraduate and Graduate Spring payment deadline is tomorrow, Wednesday, March 21.
