Director of Outreach and Recruitment
Rosa Guerra-Sarabia joined the School of Education and Counseling Psychology as Director of Outreach and Recruitment in January 2019. As a "Super Bronco," Rosa has been part of the SCU family for quite some time. She graduated with a BS in Sociology and is celebrating over 15 outstanding years of service with SCU.
Rosa most recently worked with the Ignatian Center as Senior Program Director managing a community-based learning program for 1500 undergraduate students annually, developed unique student engagement opportunities, and also supervised community development fellowship for students in year-long community projects. Prior to this work, she coordinated the LEAD Scholars Program for first generation college students in it's early stages supporting incoming students in their college transition.
Rosa is very excited to bring all her talent and rich experiences to elevating our recruitment efforts.
