Tina Syer has been with Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) since 2000 and is currently the organization's chief impact officer. In this role she oversees marketing, training, programs, evaluation, and key corporate partnerships. She grew up playing sports and went on to play Division I field hockey at Stanford University, where she graduated with honors and was named an Academic All-American. Since Syer's start with PCA, her work has included keynote presentations for USA Lacrosse, USA Water Polo, Special Olympics, Nike, Deloitte, and more than 300 PCA workshops for coaches, parents, and student-athletes.
Syer is a graduate of Stanford University where she received a bachelor's degree in psychology.
