The purpose of an Incident Action Plan (IAP) is to identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with the planning, implementation and successful completion of an event on campus. University employees that are planning and coordinating an event will be committed to ensuring that all guests, campus community members and emergency personnel are able to partake in the event in a safe and organized manner.
Prior to the event staff must be advised of this action plan and their duties during an actual emergency. The procedural information detailed in the action plan will be strictly adhered to.
