Books

C. Zhou, M. Zhang, and C.Y. Yang (eds.), Nanocarbon Electronics, Jenny Stanford Publishing (2021). This volume presents an extensive review of research on applications of carbon nanotubes and graphene in electronic devices. It provides a realistic assessment of the challenges faced by these nanocarbons in applications to electronics. The book consists of eight chapters covering topics on carbon nanotube and graphene transistors, interconnects, flexible sensors, and energy conversion/storage devices, contributed by experts in the field.
