J.P. Lacrampe received his M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Saint Mary's College. Since then he has taught courses in writing, argument, film and screenwriting at Saint Mary's, San Jose State University, USF, and Santa Clara University. His short fiction has been published by Glimmer Train, McSweeney's, Instant City, KQED's "The Writer's Block," and in Howl: A Collection of the Best Contemporary Dog Wit.
At Santa Clara University, J.P. Lacrampe teaches Critical Thinking & Writing (CTW1&2), Writing about Literature and Culture (ENGL31), Reading Film (ENGL45), Argumentation (ENGL115), and Screenwriting (ENGL173).
