Are you passionate about poetry? Enter your work into the Ina Coolbrith contest!

Deadline: Thursday, January 15, 2015.

The Ina Coolbrith poetry prizes were established by friends of Ina Coolbrith, former Poet Laureate of California. Approximately $1,000 is available annually for multiple prizes (apportioned by the judging campus).

Awards are made for the best unpublished poem or group of poems by an undergraduate student at the system-wide University of California campuses, University of the Pacific, Mills College, Stanford University, Santa Clara University, and St. Mary's College. Santa Clara University has had winners the past two years in a row, so be sure to enter!
