Martin R. Melone is a retired partner of Ernst & Young LLP, where he was responsible for global clients in a wide range of industries. He was a partner of that firm from 1975 to 2001. He is a member of the board of directors of Internet Brands, Inc., and chairs its audit and ethics committee. He is also a director of Public Counsel, the country’s largest pro bono law firm, and a trustee and Treasurer of the California Science Center Foundation. Mr. Melone is a member of the Board of Regents of Santa Clara University and the Advisory Board for The Markula Center for Applied Ethics. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Melone has a B.S.C. from Santa Clara University and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles.
