When Rules Don't Apply is a multi-media education campaign about the impact of "no-poach" agreements and how they violate antitrust law. Ann Skeet, the Markkula Center's senior director of Leadership Ethics, was interviewed for a documentary that is part of this campaign. She had initially written about the case, the largest antitrust labor protection to date in 2015, when tech giants including Adobe, Apple, Google, and Intel settled for $435 million to compensate for exploited workers, far less than the $3 billion lost wages claimed.
