Join us for a free lecture by Richard Painter, University of Minnesota law professor and former chief White House ethics lawyer, on ethics in the White House. Painter is recognized as one of the leading experts on presidential ethics in the nation. He also serves as the vice chair for the Center for Ethics and Responsibility in Washington, which seeks to reduce the influence of money in politics and help foster a government that is ethical and accountable.
Painter is a frequent expert commentator in the national media on the subject of presidential ethics. His most recent book (co-authored with John Pudner) is, Taxation only with Representation: The Conservative Conscience and Campaign Finance Reform (Take Back our Republic, 2016).
