Minimizing AI Risks: An Agile Ethical/Legal Model for the International and National Governance of AI
Artificial intelligence expert Wendell Wallach will explore AI risks and ethical and legal implications.
Wendell Wallach is a scholar at Yale University’s Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics and a senior adviser to The Hastings Center. He is the 2018 SCU Department of Philosophy visiting Austin J. Fagothey, S.J., Chair, a specialist in the ethics of technology, and an expert in the ethics of robotics and AI. In this lecture, he will consider the risks associated with artificial intelligence and consider a framework for governance over this powerful new technology.
