Santa Clara Fund Recipients Study Abroad

This year 16 stellar Santa Clara Fund recipients will be participating in Study Abroad in the Summer & Fall.  Santa Clara Fund Scholarships are need-based scholarships provided by the University that have a service component.  Study Abroad selects 20 students to receive the Santa Clara Fund yearly.  Student recipients apply through their regular Study Abroad application, and do not need to complete additional scholarship applications.

Students give back to the University in several ways:

  • Before their program, students write 50 letters which go to overall fundraising for Santa Clara University
  • During their program, students write a Global Engagement Report which is shared with future prospective Study Abroad students
  • Back at SCU, students participate in the Bronco Abroad Ambassadors Program for two quarters.
