Advising Resources

Study Abroad Advising addresses a wide variety of topics including application procedures, scholarship and financial information, the credit-approval process, pre-departure preparation, program requirements, withdrawal policies, and re-entry.

Campus Partners

While Santa Clara's Study Abroad Advisors are often the first point of contact for students interested in educational opportunities abroad, other departments at Santa Clara University also play critical roles in helping students make choices that ensure their experiences abroad are meaningful, purposeful, and successful. This includes One Stop, Housing, Academic Departments, the Office of the Registrar, etc.

Program Providers & Host Institutions

In addition, study abroad programs are organized by program providers and host institutions abroad. Program providers and host institutions can be contacted via the program contact list and can provide specific details about what it's actually like to be a student on their program (including housing information, internship placements, course offerings, arrival instructions, and more).
