Assistant Director Workforce Planning
Liz is the Assistant Director of Workforce Planning and brings expertise in recruiting, compensation, performance management, policy development and interpretation, payroll, leave management, and employee relations. In addition to this experience, she possesses a passion for quality service and a desire to build strong working relationships across campus.
An SCU alumna, Liz graduated cum laude from the University with a B.A. in Communication. Liz returned as a staff member to Santa Clara in 2008.
