The purpose of the JST Renewal Program is to provide theological updating and personal and professional renewal for students with previous extensive experience in ministry and related fields. Centered around theological study, it also offers opportunities for prayer and reflection and integration of learning in the context of a cohort, thus comprising a sabbatical experience. The Director possesses the theological understanding, ministerial experience, pastoral sensitivity, and pedagogical ability to create and lead a program that renews and revitalizes students. The Director of the Renewal Program at the Jesuit School of Theology (JST) is a part-time (.625 FTE) role starting July 1, 2024. The position reports to the Associate Dean and will be responsible for implementing the JST Renewal Program for 10-20 participants per semester. Depending on the successful candidate's interest and skill set, other administrative or teaching opportunities may be available at JST-SCU for additional or supplemental pay.
Provide leadership and supervision to both in-house and contract resources in planning, budgeting, and implementing landscape, waste, recycling and auto shop, maintenance, development, and capital renewal programs under the division of University Operations at Santa Clara University. The Team is composed of 20 union crew members in 3 crews; three Landscape Technicians, thirteen Gardeners, one Auto Shop Mechanic, two Recycle/Waste Removal Technicians, and one Recycle/Waste Removal Specialist. These employees, as a condition of employment, are members of the Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO, Local 2007 bargaining unit.
Campus Grounds, Waste and Fleet Supervisor
The Business & Data Services Librarian provides specialized research consultation, instruction, and collection development for all undergraduate and graduate programs in the Leavey School of Business, including Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management & Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Information Systems and Analytics. Working collaboratively with subject librarians, this role also helps to design and deliver data services - including data literacy instruction - for disciplinary departments across campus. In addition to these subject and functional emphases, the Business & Data Services Librarian participates in and supports first year writing classes, general research services, and library outreach initiatives. This position reports to the Head of Research, Outreach, and Inclusion.
