We are the part of the Department of Human Resources responsible for all aspects of the payroll operations including the transmission and reporting of all employment taxes and the production of year end forms including W-2 and 1042 forms.
The timely and accurate processing of the University's semi-monthly payroll is a collaborative process between employees, managers and administrative offices, including the Department of Human Resources.

Wednesday, November 25th was declared as a University Closure Day. In addition, November 26th and 27th are University Holidays. In general, staff employees do not need to enter anything on their timesheet for the holiday or closure day. Special instructions apply, however, to staff hourly employees who work on that day.More »

Upcoming Payroll Dates and Deadlines
Michelle is responsible for all the activities related to the preparation, accurate processing, and timely delivery of University's payroll, including the processing of employees' payroll information updates such as voluntary and involuntary deductions, direct deposit, tax withholding status, and one-time/supplemental payments.
