HR Communications Group

The HR Communications Group is comprised of representatives from each major function of the university. The group meets quarterly to share Human Resources related information, gather input, feedback, and suggestions to continuously improve processes, procedures and guidelines with a focus on balancing customer service and compliance. The role of the representatives is to communicate information to their respective colleges, departments, and schools that were discussed in the meetings. They are also expected to gather input, feedback, and suggestions from their respective colleges, departments, and schools and share it with the group for discussion.
