What Is New

  • There are no changes on the health plan offerings
  • Enhancements to medical plans
    • Hearing aid benefit added to Kaiser and Anthem PPO plans
  • Delta Dental Increased Annual Amts.
    • Annual Benefit Max from $2,000 to $2,500
    • Orthodontia lifetime max for employees and child(ren) 26 and under from $2,500 to $3,000

What You Need to Do

  • Complete open enrollment benefit changes by November 28, 2017
  • Review Your Benefits Info on eCampus
  • Review & Update your contact information
  • If you are currently participating and would like to continue your FSA plan, you MUST re-enroll in the plan during open enrollment.

Things to Know / Consider

  • Open Enrollment November 7 through November 28, 2017
  • All open enrollment changes must be completed online by 11:59 pm on November 28, 2017
  • NO late enrollment or changes will be accepted 
  • Recently added benefits / Vendors
    • Health Advocate - New Vendor
    • Concern - Employee Assistance Program (EAP Vendor)
  • Register online for Benefit Information Sessions:
    • Benefit Overview Presentations
    • Drop-in Sessions
    • 1:1 Sessions
  • 2018 Annual Amounts:
    • HSA contribution Self only $3,450; Family $6,900
    • FSA Medical contribution limit $2,650
    • 403b contribution limit $18,500
  • Monthly MassTransit contribution limit $260
