HR Forms

All SCU employees are able and encouraged to provide information or update current information on-line by logging in to eCampus. Similarly, prospective employees can update certain information via our electronic recruiting solution. In addition to our self-service applications, we provide a comprehensive list of forms for employees to provide information or to request updates to employment related information. Most of our forms are in PDF format and require you to have Adobe Reader in order to properly download the forms.

HR System Access Form

The University grants education benefits to provide opportunities for personal and educational development for all benefit eligible employees taking Santa Clara University courses for credit. It also has several education benefit programs for spouses, registered domestic partners, and dependent children (as defined by the IRS) of eligible employees. Each of the University's education benefit programs are described HERE.

The Education Benefit Application Form is a dynamic form that will be created based on your choice of education benefit.  Once you select which benefit you are applying for (Tuition Remission, Tuition Exchange or Tuition Remission) and whether you are applying for yourself or your dependent, the form will change to show the appropriate fields to be completed.  If you have any questions about completing the form, please contact Debby Merryman at x2758 or dmerryman@scu.edu
