Compensation and Performance Management
University Employment Counsel & Dir. HR, Workforce Strategies & Development
Eréndira Rubin is the University's Employment Counsel, as well as the Director of HR, Workforce Strategies & Development. Eréndira advises the University on legal matters, with particular emphasis on labor and employment law, as well as oversees workforce planning, employee development, and employee relations in the Department of HR.
Professional Development and Health and Wellness
Michelle is responsible for all the activities related to the preparation, accurate processing, and timely delivery of University's payroll, including the processing of employees' payroll information updates such as voluntary and involuntary deductions, direct deposit, tax withholding status, and one-time/supplemental payments.
