To live a healthy life, good nutrition is the key to your success. Your diet should include eating a variety of foods from each of the basic food groups. While this may sound easy, with our busy lives it's not always easy to get the nutrition we need. A healthy diet requires planning and an effort to include a variety of foods. The Mission to Wellness office will help with this by offering nutritional counseling, workshops and cooking classes to help you achieve your goals.
Individualized Nutrition Counseling
A one-on-one nutrition counseling appointment with a registered dietitian. Schedule a 50 minute session to discuss weight control, nutrition, eating disorders, medical nutrition therapy for special diets, and fitness. Twenty five minute follow up sessions are encouraged.
