Supervisor, Technology Help Desk
Jesse brings years of excellent customer service and support to this position from the Law School where he focused on managing and overseeing the daily technical support issues in addition to managing and training students and professional staff. As the Law Help Desk Support Manager, Jesse implemented the Law School's help desk ticket system, supervised and scheduled student staff and managed the labs which included imaging and using DeepFreeze.
Jesse began his career with SCU in 2002 as a PC Support Specialist working in the IT Service Center. From there, he moved to Field Support providing hardware and software support to the campus community before moving to the Law School in 2004.
