As the LEAD Operations Manager Sarah oversees the day-to day-operations and administration of the LEAD Scholars Program, including coordinating the LEAD budget, overseeing office needs and staff needs, documenting LEAD policies and operations, managing and facilitating correspondence and supervising student employees.
As native to San Jose and a first-generation college student, Sarah has pursued her Associates in Kinesiology at San Jose City College and is on the path to complete her degree in Business Administration. Sarah has coached youth sports for over a decade and has also taught Health and Wellness at a local charter school, exposing students to the possibility of attending college and becoming first-gen. college students themselves. Off campus, Sarah enjoys attending sporting events, spending time outdoors, traveling and making memories with her family.
