Pancho Jimenéz has been involved with the LEAD program in one capacity or another since its inception in 2003. He is the co-founder of the program and co-authored the grant which provided seed money for LEAD. Currently Pancho is a LEAD seminar instructor. In addition to his duties with the LEAD program Pancho teaches ceramic sculpture in the department of Art and Art History. He also serves as an Academic Advisor in the Drahmann Academic Advising and Learning Resources Center. Pancho holds a Masters of Fine Arts from San Francisco State University. He received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University where he graduated with a double major in Studio Art and History.
