Submit an On-Line Maintenance Request
Submitting a maintenance request to get something fixed in your room involves logging into eCampus and selecting the On-Campus Housing link; once you are on the Housing Portal page, select the "Work Order" button.
When submitting a Maintenance Request please remember the following:
In your description of the issue, always state what needs to be completed rather than what the problem is you are encountering (i.e. repair/replace a broken towel rack).
Always be as specific as possible and provide as much detail as you can regarding the maintenance concern.
Please know that completion of maintenance requests may take from 1 - 2 weeks from the date of submission.

You can also submit routine maintenance requests directly to your building's Service Desk.
Should I submit my request on-line if the maintenance issue is URGENT?
No. Do not submit an online request for an urgent or emergency situation. IMMEDIATELY report urgent maintenance issues to the residence life staff in your building, the Desk Receptionist at your service desk or directly to Campus Safety by calling (408) 554 - 4441. During business hours, call the Housing Office directly at (408) 554 - 4900.
