St. Clare is a gated community conveniently located two blocks from both Lucas Hall and Daly Science. The complex offers 59 single furnished studios in a two-story building with exterior corridors. Each studio offers approximately 275 square feet of living space with a kitchenette and private bathroom. All utilities, cable television and access to the university's wireless data connection are included and are billed per academic term. Each studio is assigned to an individual student.

Community Spaces Various lounges, computer room & study spaces, restrooms, and service desk located within the St. Clare Commons; FLEX & coin operated laundry facility. St.Clare does not have air conditioning. 
Contract Length A 10-month contract is required; does not apply to students who move into housing after the Fall quarter or semester
Staffing A Building Resident Manager (BRM) is available for assistance and to help plan community services.
