At the University Villas there are 1, 2 and 4 bedroom apartment accommodations available.
University Villas 4 Bedroom Apartment
The two-story four (4) bedroom apartments are offered with two (2) different possible configurations housing anywhere from five to six residents.*
Configuration 1: This configuration houses five (5) residents where the bedroom on the first floor of the apartment is utilized as a double room. The three (3) upstairs bedrooms are each utilized as single rooms. Again, the single room with the attached walk-in closet is considered a premium single while the other two upstairs bedrooms are regular single rooms.* Please note this configuration is typically the NR room and likely will not be available to select during Rom Selection.
Configuration 2: The third configuration is similar to Configuration 2 but houses a total of six (6) residents. In this configuration, the upstairs bedroom with the attached walk-in closet is also utilized as a double room.
*The availability of University Villas Premium Singles varies depending on the number of students requesting on-campus housing in any given year.
We are only able to offer 5-person (seen in layout) and 6-person four bedroom apartments in the University Villas.
University Villas 2 Bedroom Apartment
The University Villas also features two bedroom apartments housing a total of two residents within single room accommodations.
A very limited number of 1 bedroom apartments housing one individual student are also available at the University Villas.
