Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
A pioneer in environmental law, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. serves
as chief prosecuting attorney for the Hudson Riverkeeper
organization and as senior attorney for the National Resources
Defense Council. He is also clinical professor and supervising
attorney at the Environmental Litigation Clinic at Pace
University School of Law in New York. Among his many cases,
he has successfully prosecuted water polluters in the New
York City area and assisted several indigenous tribes negotiate
treaties protecting their traditional homelands in Latin
America and Canada. An avid white-water paddler, he has
led first descents on remote rivers in Peru, Colombia, and
Venezuela.
