Join us for the One Love Escalation Workshop. The 90-minute Escalation Workshop, which consists of an award-winning film about a couple in an increasingly dangerous relationship, and a guided discussion that engages participants in meaningful discussion following the film. During this discussion, students talk about the warning signs that they saw, why those were warning signs, and what they can do if they see these signs in their own relationship or in a friend’s; they talk about the film and its relevance to their lives.

Relationship violence is a societal epidemic, affecting people of every age, race, class, gender, and sexual orientation. Although young adults age 16-24 are at greatest risk, they often don't think relationship violence happens to them. Statistics show that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men will experience relationship violence in their lifetime, together we can change these statistics. You must first know the signs before we can work for a new societal status quo and ultimately change these statistics
