Housing Scam Info

The Office of Student Life maintains the site below where landlords and students may post housing availability.  It is the student's responsibility to negotiate with the landlords for the space.

Process:

The following pages will allow you to complete a step by step process that will create a posting for your property listing. Please complete all fields and pages, as this will ensure that your listing is properly posted.

Additionally, you may provide a website that links more information regarding your listing. Any sites or information deemed inappropriate by the Office of Student Life will be removed before the listing is posted.

If you are not a current SCU student, staff, or faculty, you must create an account in order to post a listing. This will allow for the creating, editing, and deleting of postings by the account holder. It will be the responsibility of the account holder to edit and delete posts.

Approval:

If you are not a current SCU Student, Faculty, or Staff, your posting will be reviewed by the Office of Student Life to ensure that the postings comply with all applicable laws as well as the SCU Student Handbook. Once this process is complete, the posting will appear as part of the listings.

Only scu.edu account holders will be able to see listings due to the numerous fraudulent issues.

Please contact the Office of Student Life at OSL@scu.edu , if you have any additional questions.
