Reading Resource Library

In addition to taking prerequisite courses for your intended graduate school program, taking any required entrance exams (MCAT, DAT, GRE, etc.), and developing a portfolio of experiential activities, the pre-health student, particularly pre-medical students, need to be aware of important current issues in medicine and read a bit about what it is like to work as a particular type of health care provider.  To this end and beyond, there is an ever expanding (currently 50+ volume) pre-health library housed in the University's Drahmann Center.  Volumes may be perused on site or checked out.

For pre-medical students, particularly at the time of the interview process, a knowledge of current events in medicine is key to a successful outcome.
