Student Research Assistant Grant

COVID-Relief Student Assistant Program (CSAP)

Applications now accepted on a rolling basis, reviewed weekly.

In response to Covid’s impact and the increased personal and professional workload for faculty, a Covid relief version of the FSRAP program has been created for 2020-2021: Covid Student Assistant Program--CSAP--awards up to $1,000 for undergraduate student wages and benefits. Faculty with academic year appointments are invited to submit proposals.

The principal objectives of the CSAP program are twofold: 1) to provide faculty with assistance in their scholarship or teaching, and 2) to provide student research assistants with work and a meaningful learning experience with faculty.

Health and Safety: Like all university activity, student assistance will be limited by the current campus guidelines concerning Covid. The conditions concerning the faculty member’s research or teaching are unchanged by a CSAP grant.

Faculty who wish to apply should complete the Covid-SAP application form and need not have a student research assistant identified at the time of application. Please use the email option to submit your final application.
