 Thank you for your interest in the Bronco Kids All Sports Camp!

Registration for Summer 2017 camp sessions starts January 15. Spots fill quickly, so register early to ensure your spot in our camp.

CAMPERS

Required for ALL Campers (2 Forms)

1. Required Camper Form Parents/Guardians will need medical insurance information, immunization records, doctor and dentist contacts, and alternate emergency contact information when processing registration. Please complete within one week of registering for camp.

2. Camp Liability Waiver 2017

As needed for ALL Campers (2 Forms)

1. Only Required if Taking Medication or for Epipen Administration
Camp Medication Consent Form 2017

We are only authorized to dispense prescribed medication in its original package. In order to dispense over-the-counter medicine, a doctor's note with the prescribed dosage is required. The Assistant Director of Recreation or Camp Coordinator will dispense the medication.

2. Only Required for Exemption from Immunization Requirements
Personal Beliefs Affidavit 2017

This form is required to request exemption from the immunization requirements for Bronco Kids Sports Camp because all or some immunizations are contrary to my beliefs.

 

New CITs

Required for New CITs (3 Forms)

1. Counselor In Training Application

2. CIT Required Form Parents/Guardians will need medical insurance information, immunization records, doctor and dentist contacts, and alternate emergency contact information when processing registration. Please complete within one week of registering for camp.

3. Camp Liability Waiver 2017

As needed for New CITs (2 Forms)

Camp Fees

Camper cost $340 per session.  Campers may also sign up for extended care (provided Monday through Thursday) for $65 per session. We are sorry but the discounts for past camper, faculty, staff, and alumni do not apply to the extended care fee.

Camper Session Discounts:

We offer a 15% discount ($289) to past campers through April 15, 2017 and a 10% discount ($306) to faculty, staff, and alumni through May 1, 2017. Only campers who participated in the 2016 camp qualify for the "Past Camper Discount". 

 

CIT Fees

CIT cost is $65 per session plus a one time fee of $100. Unfortunately, there are no discounts for returning CIT's.

Lunch is included as part of the registration fee and extended care participants are given two snacks.

***NEW REGISTATION SYSTEM***

This year we are happy to announce that we have a new registration system in place!  No more logins required, simply click and pay for the options you are interested in.  We have separated the required forms information from our payment portal to allow parents/guardians time to gather the necessary information to complete our required forms.

Please note that the online payment portal does not limit your ability to select which types of registration are available. If you are eligible for a discount, please select the correct offering for your camper. Camp staff will verify the correct option was selected. Should an inaccurate payment option be selected, your registration will not be complete and your camper's or CIT's spot will not be guaranteed until the correct payment is made. Don't lose your spot! Select the correct payment option.

After paying the registration fees, parents/guardians (within a week of registering) will need to complete our

1) Required Camper Form to collect medical insurance information, immunization records, doctor and dentist contacts, and alternate emergency contact information to complete the required forms.

2) Camp Liability Waiver 2017 

If necessary submit the Camp Medication Consent Form 2017 and/or Personal Beliefs Affidavit 2017

 

ALL CITs: When registering accepted CITs (see the CIT program page prior to registering), all CITs will be required to pay a one-time administrative fee of $100 plus and additional $65 for each session they plan to attend. The online payment portal does not require parents/guardians to select the one-time administration fee in addition to the sessions they plan to attend. Camp staff will verify that all CIT fees include the one-time administration fee in addition to session fees. Should an incomplete payment be made, your registration will not be complete and your CIT spot will not be guaranteed until complete payment is made. Don't lose your spot - please select the correct payment option.
